Return Policy
White Pine Candle wants all of its customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or the product is defective, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Please return the candle(s) or wax melt(s) in their original packaging along with the original invoice. Please be sure to make a copy of the invoice for your records. Candles and wax melts not returned in their original packaging or returned without the original invoice will not be refunded.
Refunds and replacements will be shipped within 2 business
days.
There is no restocking fee for returning undamaged or non-defective merchandise, but customers are responsible for 100% of all shipping costs related to the order including the original shipping cost and the shipping cost of merchandise shipped in exchange for undamaged merchandise. The customer is also responsible for paying the cost of insurance on the return delivery. No refund will be issued for uninsured items lost or damaged during return delivery. Once the merchandise as been received, we will issue a refund to your account less shipping costs.
Damage Returns
Should your merchandise be defective or is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement within two business days if the item is in stock or issue a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled without any cost the customer. If you wish to cancel your order, please call or e-mail as soon as possible so that we can cancel delivery.
If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, please return the unopened package. Your account will not be credited a refund until we receive the merchandise. Refunds will be issued to your account less all shipping costs as detailed in our return policy.
